I have been waiting for this day to come...it's been a tedious day, esp. after watching Twelfth Night performance on Thursday night. The performance was good though, i didn't expect such a high standard. Once again, it feels so good to see and most importantly, hear Shakespeare's text come alive! One of my passions would be to transmit this love and enjoyment of lit to my students. But in the current system, i think we're kinda constrained. we'll do our best. There is a possibility that I would not be able to teach Lit for my perm. posting. wonder if i'll miss it, just as i missed studying it at JC level (for the first 3 months).
anyway, counting down and i pray that nothing will go seriously wrong during this last stretch.
GOD IS GOOD.
